I ordered a pound bag of diatomaceous earth, and it seems like it got caught up in a snowstorm delay at the FedEx warehouse in Memphis. At that time, I had no clue about the delay, so I reached out to diatomaceousearth.com through email to find out why my order was taking so long, but I never got a reply. I've only tried one other brand of DE from a feed store before, and that one had a gritty taste and was thicker. This new brand, though, has no flavor at all and breaks down more easily. Normally, that would be a plus, but now I'm starting to question if this is really diatomaceous earth since I've always heard it should taste a bit like dirt.

I was really looking forward to getting a product for my cat, but when it showed up, it was completely different from what I ordered. I reached out to the company, and they said I could return it, but I'd have to cover the shipping costs myself, and then they'd process a refund. What really gets me is that the return shipping is gonna cost nearly as much as the refund itself, so I'm still losing money here. Just a heads up—make sure you know that you’re gonna pay one way or another, even if you end up with the wrong item.

I got my order later than expected because the website didn’t process it on time; I had to call them up to get it sorted out manually. When the package finally arrived, I saw it was just in a flimsy postal bag, not a proper box. Given that I ordered a powder that could easily spill, I was pretty taken aback.

Upon opening the package, I found the Diatomaceous Earth scattered all over the bag, and I had to clean it up. To make matters worse, there was a hole in the bag. I contacted customer service, and they told me to send a picture to get a replacement shipped out. I did that, but I’m still waiting to hear back.

My main issue is that the packaging for shipping really needs to be improved.

This is some fantastic stuff! My order went through without a hitch, and the delivery was right on time. I’d totally suggest working with this company and this product, no doubt about it.

I've just bought my second 10lb bag of Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. It really helps with stomach problems and my skin too. Plus, my niece had a rough time with head lice from school, so we're gonna sprinkle some on her scalp overnight as a safe method to get rid of those pesky bugs. I’d definitely suggest it to others.

I bought a 50 lb bag. It arrived fast, and I can't wait to mix it into my morning smoothies and later incorporate it into dinner recipes!!!

I'm really impressed with the quality of this 2 lb food grade product. It's surprisingly smooth, unlike the gritty stuff I've tried before. Mixing it with my juice is a breeze, and it has no taste at all. Absolutely love it!

Honestly, I'm hooked on this stuff now, but that's beside the point. I can't really say it's done much for my health since it didn't help me shed any pounds or tackle any other issues I can notice, but still, I'm a big fan. I consume a lot of it. The price for a 10-pound bag is pretty decent. However, I've noticed that shipping has slowed down compared to how it used to be; the last couple of times I ordered, it took a full 5 to 6 days. I've been using this for around a year and a half now.

Honestly, I believe this DE is not clean. When you mix it with water, it changes to a brown color, which suggests it's dirty. I experienced some back pain after drinking it. I really doubt it's safe to consume. Plus, I suspect there might be other stuff mixed in. DE ought to be clear, not brown!

For some time now, I've been mixing 1 tablespoon with water daily. The biggest change I've seen is that when a fever blister begins, it clears up in just a couple of days instead of dragging on for two weeks, and it doesn't hurt like it usually does.

However, the paper bags weren't sealed properly. I ended up moving everything into plastic bags. Thankfully, there was no harm done. Honestly, the only thing that could've harmed the product would be moisture. The cardboard boxes were a bit squished, and you can blame the delivery service for that. I can't recall if it was UPS or another company.
